genoDive suite are applications for veiwing genome structures and comprehensive genome information. There are two distinct version and they work as DAS (Distributed Annotation System) clients. The genoDive Pro is suitable for prokaryotic circular chromosome, wheres the genoDive Eu is suitable for eukaryotic linear one.
They are built on C++, OpenGL, can be provided for Windows and Mac OSX. It is possible to compile genoDives on Linux as well. As of now this project is still alpha and / or conceptional quality.
